The Town of Neepawa is accepting sealed tenders for the sale of the following property:

Lot 5, Plan 6991
Manitoba Assessment Roll 158100
Neepawa, Manitoba
The property was formerly known as the “Feed Mill” property.

Sealed tenders on the specified form are to be submitted by 3:30 p.m. Central Standard Time on May 16, 2013 to the Town of Neepawa Municipal Office, 275 Hamilton Street, Neepawa, Manitoba. Sealed tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque / bank draft / money order made out to the Town of Neepawa in the minimum amount of 20% of the tendered bid.

The specified tender form is available at the Town of Neepawa Municipal Office or at www.neepawa.ca.
The Town of Neepawa makes no representation regarding the title to or any other matters relating to the property to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchasers.
The two highest tenders will be retained with the highest tender being notified of their successful bid. The highest tender being so notified will have 10 working days to pay the balance owing by certified cheque / bank draft / money.

Should the highest tender fail to pay the balance due within 10 working days of being so notified, the bid cheque will be retained and forfeited to the Town of Neepawa.

Should the highest tender fail to make payment to the Town of Neepawa the next highest tender shall be notified and they shall also have 10 working days to pay the balance of the bid amount.

Should the next highest tender fail to pay the balance due within ten working days the bid cheque will be retained and forfeit to the Town of Neepawa.

Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

The Town of Neepawa is inviting submissions for the 2013 Wastewater Sewer Cleaning and Televising Contract for the Town of Neepawa.

Deadline of acceptance is 12:00 noon, May 16, 2013.
