Internet Use:
NADCO, CAP Program, and the Western Manitoba Regional Library are cooperatively offering public access to the Internet. The CAP program and the Western Regional Library have an Internet Policy that users must read and acknowledge. This service is very popular because patrons can "Surf the Net" and e-mail by using web-based email, such as through a HotMail account.
MAPLIN:
Maplin has been developed by the provincial Public Library Service. It provides library patrons with access to the collections found in all the Manitoba libraries. Also, upon request materials can be borrowed from libraries listed nationally. So the availablity of materials is endless. Patrons just have to make the request.
