Residents should note that effective IMMEDIATELY recyclables MUST be placed loose in a blue box OR BAGGED IN CLEAR of BLUE BAGS in which contenets can be visible to the collector. Recyclables bagged in black or non transparent bags will be treated as refuse by the Landfill.
